We founded Carter Contracting Company out of a pure passion for people. It is our goal to use our skills and expertise to create a work of art that our customers as well as our team can be proud of. 

The Company was founded in 2021 by Zjanice Carter, who realized that the field of contractors was heavily male  dominated. Being a minority in every sense of the word, she was often denied or underestimated so she felt like it was time for a change and the pandemic turned out to be just the platform to build from.
